Note: If you received a service date extension in Tennessee (TN) during the temporary pause, please return to the service center today, on 3/24/2026. Failure to do so may result in an extension or full restart of the interlock program.

Calibrations
Effective immediately, service centers will be able to give your device a 10-day extension while our systems are being restored.
Tennessee customers have a service date extension through Tuesday, March 24th. At this time, this extension is not available in Michigan or Washington.
We’re actively working toward a resolution and will notify you as soon as anything changes.

We’re pleased to share that our systems have resumed. Installations*, calibrations, and service center support are now available.
For Existing Customers
- Those who received a 10‑day service date extension in eligible states should return to your service center on or before that date for a calibration.
- If you were unable to participate in the 10‑day extension, you will need to have your vehicle taken to your local service center for a calibration.
- If you were not required to calibrate during the pause, you should continue to use your device as you normally do.
- Continue to follow your service requirements and device prompts
For Customers Waiting for Installation
If you were recently waiting to schedule or complete an installation, you may now:
- Schedule new installation appointments.*
- Proceed with previously scheduled installations.*
Service centers are fully operational and able to support standard installation* and service appointments.
We are working with each state on program-specific transition plans as we return to full service.

Future Installations:
As part of our ongoing response to a recent cybersecurity event, our systems that support installation appointments remain temporarily paused. At this time, we need to extend this pause through Sunday, March 22. We are unable to support installation appointments scheduled during this period but are working quickly to restore this service as soon as possible.

We are continuing to review the cybersecurity event and want to provide you with an update regarding calibrations.
Missed Calibrations Resulting from Cybersecurity Event Beginning 3/14/26:-
Intoxalock Roadside Assistance: Many of our customers have a roadside assistance benefit that can be utilized by calling 844-226-7522.

Other Towing: If you are unable to utilize our towing service or have already had your vehicle taken to a service center, you are still eligible for reimbursement.

Please document your towing expenses so they can be reimbursed once our systems are fully restored. We will provide you with an update and instructions specifically for this.

Effective immediately, service centers will have the ability to give your device a 10-day service extension while we work to resume our systems.*

Follow your device prompts to return to your service center in 10 days following the above for calibration.
Future Calibrations:

Continue to follow your device prompts and instructions for calibrations by taking it to your local service center no later than your calibration date.

Effective immediately, service centers will have the ability to give your device a 10-day extension while we work to resume our systems.*
Intoxalock will be covering costs that are a direct result of the temporary system pause. Please note that this does not include charges for the calibration required after the extension, as that calibration would occur as part of the standard process.
